I have uploaded a test meters section.  
This section gives some specifications for meters used in the industry.
Also the different brands and model #s are given with my opinions of each meter.  Some info on meter accessories is also done.
The tool section contains some info on refrigeration gauge sets and which ones will do what is needed.  Electronic set are included.
I am now working on hand tools.  A hack saw tutorial and one on slot screwdrivers are finished with more coming as I get time.
